(Medium-sized) Y, YR series (10KV) high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors

Y, YR series medium-sized 10000V class three-phase asynchronous motor is a motor that can be directly powered by 10000V class grid. Compared with the 6000V motor. It has the advantages of simplifying equipment, saving investment and reducing power consumption. Electric motors can be used to drive various general-purpose machinery such as fans, compressors, water pumps, and crushers. The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz. Y series motors allow full voltage direct start. When the series motors are started, the rotor winding must not be directly short-circuited, and a starting varistor must be connected externally, and the starting torque can be adjusted by adjusting the external resistance.
Y, YR series motors are optimized by computer, with advanced performance parameters, excellent working characteristics, reliable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance. Y, YR series motors adopt grade insulation and have effective anti-corona measures. The motor rotates clockwise as viewed from the shaft extension. It can also be made into a motor that rotates counterclockwise according to user requirements.
The motor complies with the national standard GB755 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electric Machines" and the provisions of the International Electrotechnical Commission EC. In line with JB/T10446 "Y series 10KV three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions", JB/T10445 "YR series 10KV wound rotor three-phase asynchronous motor technical conditions".

Product Description

Structural features

 

The protection level of the motor shell is I1P23,and other protection types can also be made according to user requirements.
Motor installation type IMB3.The cooling method is IC01,IC11,IC21,IC31.
The Y series rotor windings are made of cast aluminum or copper strips,and the YR series rotor coils are made of Class F insulated copper bars.The motor is generally made into a single shaft extension,and the Y series motor can also be made into a double shaft extension.The motor adopts rolling bearings or thin oil lubricated sliding bearings,which can be easily refueled and drained.
The outlet box is generally installed on the right side of the machine base(from the shaft extension end),if the user needs it,it can also be installed on the left side of the stator.There are four outgoing wires,and six if the user requires.
