(Medium) YKK (strong cooling) series asynchronous motors

YKK series 10KV high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor is the latest product of our company. It is a new generation of high-voltage motor products developed based on our company's years of experience in designing and manufacturing high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors. It can interact with Y series 10KV high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors. Replacement, improve the operating efficiency of the enterprise, save energy and reduce emissions.
This series of motors complies with the relevant requirements of the national standard GB755 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electric Machines". The installation dimensions and tolerances of the motors conform to the power levels of the International Electrotechnical Commission Standard 1EC60034-1 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electric Machines", and the power density classification conforms to the machinery industry. Standard JB/T10446-2014 etc.
The structure and installation type of this series of motors are 1MB3 (horizontal type with feet) in accordance with the provisions of GB/T997 and 1EC60034-7 "Motor Structure and Installation Type Code".

Product Description

Structural features

 

This series of motors adopts box-shaped structure.There are windows on both sides and the top of the base,which is convenient for the maintenance of the motor on the one hand,and on the other hand,installing different coolers on the top can derive motors with different cooling methods and different protection levels.
The stator adopts an external pressure structure,the stator winding adopts F-class insulation material,and reliable anti-corona measures are adopted.The winding ends are reliably fixed and bound,and are treated with vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint(VP),so the insulation of the motor is Good performance,high mechanical strength,strong moisture resistance and long service life.
The squirrel cage rotor is made of copper strip or aluminum strip,manufactured by advanced and reliable welding process,and has been verified by dynamic balance,so the motor runs smoothly and reliably.
The bearing adopts two forms of rolling bearing or sliding bearing,which is determined by the power and speed of the motor.The rolling bearing is equipped with a non-stop oil injection and discharge device.
The motor protection grade is IP54 or IP55.
