This series of motors adopts box-shaped structure. There are windows on both sides and the top of the base, which is convenient for the maintenance of the motor on the one hand, and on the other hand, installing different coolers on the top can derive motors with different cooling methods and different protection levels.
The stator adopts an external pressure structure, the stator winding is made of grade insulating material, and reliable anti-corona measures are adopted. The winding ends are reliably fixed and bound, and are treated by vacuum pressure impregnation solvent-free paint (VP), so the insulation performance of the motor is improved. Good, high mechanical strength, strong moisture resistance and long service life.
The squirrel cage rotor is made of copper bar structure, manufactured by advanced and reliable welding process, and has been verified by dynamic balance, so the motor runs smoothly and reliably.
The bearing adopts two forms of rolling bearing or sliding bearing, which is determined by the power and speed of the motor. Its protection level is 1P23 (YXKS series is 1P44 or 1P54). The rolling bearing is equipped with a non-stop oil injection and discharge device.
The main junction box is placed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the shaft extension end), or it can be placed on the left side according to user requirements. There are separate grounding terminals inside and outside the junction box.
According to user requirements, temperature measurement devices can be added to important parts such as stator windings and bearings to facilitate on-site observation and long-distance monitoring to ensure safe and reliable operation of the motor.
