On December 7, the Park Construction Office organized a special acceptance of the company's relocation and construction projects. 　　永磁复合电机，基于同心式磁性齿轮原理的永磁直驱电机。永磁复合电机采用了永磁电动机、磁性齿轮（小轮带大轮，高速变低速）复合封装技术。磁性齿轮主要由内转子磁钢、外转子磁钢、调磁环等构成，永磁电机与磁性齿轮共用一个内转子，内转子磁钢由电机驱动高速旋转，调磁环固定不动，外转子连接负载输出，利用磁场调制的原理，经调磁环把高速旋转磁场调制成低速旋转磁场，实现低速大转矩输出。永磁复合电机可以拓展到低速大扭矩永磁同步电机领域，现有产品范围37000N.m（23kW）-53000N.m（33.3kW）。

产品优点

 

　　1.电机效率高、损耗小、温升低。电机转子无接触式传递转矩，不存在机械磨损，无需润滑，无冷却风扇配置，自然冷却条件下温升不超过40K，有效保证电机长期稳定运行，运行效率达到90%。
　　2.维护量小。电机转子转速低，轴承采用圆柱滚子轴承，径向承载能力高，寿命高于机械齿轮箱。直驱游梁式抽油机的曲柄连杆直接与电机主轴两端轴直接连接旋转，系统环节少，机械传动损失小，机械振动噪声小。
　　3.转矩密度高、体积小。体积与同转矩规格的减速齿轮箱相当，对传统游梁式抽油机进行直驱改造时，可利用原有的减速齿轮箱规格设计电机的转轴、中心高及底座安装尺寸，直接在原机座上安装。
　　4.数据采集功能。电机加装数据采集模块，实时监测电机的运行工况和数据参数，做到电机的远程监控和维护。

　　永磁复合电机中磁力齿轮非接触传动的特点十分切合医药化工、船舶电力推进系统、风能与海洋能、工业工程泵类驱动、采矿与采石工程的应用需求。
