(Large) YX, YXSK (10KV, 6KV) high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors

1.Optimized electromagnetic design
This series of motors applies finite element analysis on the basis of the original Y series motors,and conducts operational simulations on electromagnetic performance,heat distribution,stress and deformation.The electromagnetic optimization design was advanced,and the size,air gap,slot fit and slot shape were fully optimized.Make the motor achieve a reasonable match and achieve the best performance.
2.Low harmonic winding
This series of motors adopts low-harmonic windings to reduce the stator copper loss and stray loss of the motor and improve the operation efficiency of the motor.
3.Optimized ventilation cooling system
Optimize the internal and external ventilation systems of the motor,reduce the outer diameter of the fan,and use backward inclined centrifugal fans,axial fans,etc.,to ensure the cooling effect,reduce the ventilation loss of the motor,especially the high-speed motor,reduce the ventilation noise,and improve the motor efficiency.
4.Insulation system
This series adopts the insulation system whose performance has been comprehensively improved.The voltage characteristics,temperature characteristics,flexural strength,breakdown voltage test,thermal aging and electrical aging test all show that this series of insulation systems have reached the first-class level.This series adopts high-quality mica tape,impregnated resin with environmental protection,and completes each process of coil production on CNC winding machine,expanding machine and tape wrapping machine,and finally processed,so it has reliable insulation performance,good mechanical strength and strong moisture resistance.
5.High efficiency
The efficiency of this series of motors reduces losses on the basis of GB/T13957,and meets the requirements of 1E2 high-efficiency motors.It is a true high-efficiency motor,which can greatly improve the operating efficiency of customers and reduce losses.It is a national energy-saving project product for the benefit of the people.

The difference between YX and YXKS series is the top cover.
The Y series is the basic series,the protection grade is IP23,and the cooling method is IC01;the YXKS series is the protection grade of IP44 or IP54,and the cooling method is IP81W.Motors with different protection levels(1P44,1P54,P55)and cooling methods can be derived as long as different top covers are replaced on the top of the frame.The machine base is made of steel plate and adopts box-type structure,which is light in weight and good in rigidity.
The stator is of external press-fitted structure,F-class insulation,and varnished by vacuum pressure,so that the winding has good insulation performance and moisture-proof performance.
