On December 7, the Park Construction Office organized a special acceptance of the company's relocation and construction projects. (Large) Y, YR series three-phase asynchronous motors

Y, YR series large-scale three-phase asynchronous motors (center height 710-1000mm) are the latest products of our factory in the 1990s. Its power level, installation size and electrical performance are in line with the relevant 1 positive C standard, "Rotating Motor Rating and Performance" "GB755, "Basic Series Technical Conditions for Large Three-phase Asynchronous Motors" GB/T13957, this series of products can completely replace the old series products designed according to "Technical Conditions for Large Three-phase Asynchronous Motors", adding a considerable number of 10kV motors.
The new series of motors have compact structure, high efficiency, excellent electrical insulation performance, and easy installation and maintenance. The rated frequency is 50HZ, and class F insulation is adopted. The basic installation method of the motor is horizontal with feet (IMB3), the working system is continuous working system S1, and the rated voltage is 6000V or 10000V.

Product Description

Structural features

 

The motor adopts box-type structure,which is light in weight,good in rigidity,and convenient for installation,maintenance and repair of the motor.Y,YR series motors are the basic series,the protection level is 1P23 or P44(duct ventilation).After removing the protective cover or cover,and installing different top covers or covers on the top or side of the machine base,the YSK can be formed.,YRSK series motors,and other derivative series can also be derived.
The stator of the motor is an external press-fitting structure,and the vacuum pressure dipping or integral dipping process is adopted to make the windings have good insulation performance and moisture-proof performance.The rotor shaft adopts welded rib structure,the Y series rotor windings are made of copper bars,and the YR series rotor coils are made of F grade insulating materials wrapped around copper bars.
The bearing adopts a sliding bearing structure and is designed for oil lubrication according to P54.The protection grade of the main outlet box is IP54,and its inlet hole is generally at the bottom.
