(Medium) 6KV YKK series asynchronous motor

YKK, YRKK series medium-sized high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motors have the advantages of compact structure, high efficiency and high reliability. The new series of electric motors have advanced mechanical performance and electrical insulation performance, sophisticated manufacturing process and convenient installation and maintenance.
YKK, YRKK series motors are suitable for driving compressors, fans, water pumps, crushers, cutting machine tools, coal mills and other general machinery.
The rated frequency of YKK and YRKK series motors is 50Hz, adopts F-class insulation, and rotates clockwise from the shaft extension end. It can also be manufactured into a motor that rotates counterclockwise according to user requirements. YKK series motors allow full voltage direct start.
When the YRK series motor is started, the rotor winding must not be directly short-circuited, and an external starting varistor must be connected, and the starting torque can be adjusted by adjusting the external additional resistance.
YKK and YRKK series motors conform to the national standard GB755 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electric Machines", 6 Kv YKK series motors conform to JB/T10315.2 "Technical Conditions for YKK Series High Voltage Three-phase Asynchronous Motors Frame Size 355-630", 6 kv YRKK series The motor conforms to JB/T10314.2 "Technical Conditions for YRKK Series High Voltage Wound Rotor Three-Phase Asynchronous Motors Frame No. 355-630".

Product Description

Structural features

 

The motor frame is welded into an integral square box with steel,and the enclosure protection grade is IP44.It can also be made into IP54 according to user requirements.The motor installation type is IMB3,and the cooling method is IC611.
After the iron core of the motor coil is dipped by vacuum pressure or the whole dipped varnish,the winding has good insulation performance and moisture-proof performance.
The YKK series rotor windings are made of cast aluminum or copper strips,and the YRKK series rotor coils are made of Class F insulated copper bars.
The motor is generally made into a single shaft extension.YKK series squirrel cage motors and YRKK series winding motors below H500(including H500)have flat keys,and YRKK series winding motors above H560(including Japanese 560)have tangential keys.
The motor uses grease lubricated rolling bearings or thin oil lubricated sliding bearings,which can be easily refueled and drained.
The outlet box is generally installed on the right side of the machine base(viewed from the shaft extension end),and can also be installed on the left side if the user needs.
