Liu Hanyuan said that there may be different views on the causes of air pollution,but the energy consumption structure dominated by coal is undoubtedly the main cause.Whether burning loose coal or relatively clean coal-fired power generation,it emits a lot of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and soot,which are the main components of air pollution.At present,coal accounts for more than 60%of my country's primary energy consumption,and nearly half of the world's coal is burned in my country,becoming one of the main sources of waste gas and dust.In addition,in 2016,the number of motor vehicles in my country has reached 285 million,and the emission of exhaust gas has further aggravated the deterioration of air quality.Therefore,whether it is shutting down factories or restricting vehicles,it can only be a temporary solution.To really solve the problem of air pollution,the fundamental way is to change the current energy consumption mode in my country and accelerate the development of new energy industries represented by photovoltaics.
At present,my country's photovoltaic industry has rapidly developed into one of the most internationally competitive strategic emerging industries from the two sides more than ten years ago.From more than 90%of products exported to the EU,to more than one third of domestic installations and applications,the continuous advancement of technology,the continuous expansion of scale,and the continuous enhancement of competitiveness have led to a continuous reduction in the unit installed cost of photovoltaic power generation.The current construction cost per kilowatt It has dropped to 5,000 to 7,000 yuan,and it is expected to drop to 3,000 to 5,000 yuan in three to five years,thus promoting my country to become the world's largest photovoltaic power generation country for two consecutive years.
Liu Hanyuan said that it is an urgent moment to actively support and vigorously support the renewable energy industry represented by photovoltaics.We should step up efforts to realize the electrification of automobiles,the electrification of energy consumption,and the cleanliness of power production.In this process,the demand for energy storage applications and smart grids will also be generated.
According to rough estimates,if my country realizes renewable and clean supply of energy consumption growth within three to five years,and realizes the replacement of some to most of the fossil energy within 20 to 30 years,an emerging industry scale of nearly one trillion yuan will be formed.On the one hand,it will promote the moderate and rapid development of my country's economy;
Liu Hanyuan said that at present,my country's photovoltaic industry is fully integrated from upstream raw materials such as polysilicon,to the production of a series of components and main accessories such as midstream silicon wafers,cells,modules,and inverters,and to downstream photovoltaic power generation.tax collection.High taxes and fees have seriously inhibited the healthy development of the entire photovoltaic industry.It is recommended to clean up and reform the unreasonable tax system and reduce or exempt all taxes and fees in the photovoltaic industry.
