In November 2011, Lu Hao, the former secretary of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee, and Liu Weiping, the governor of Gansu Province, came to the company for investigation and research.
In July 2012, the company started to lay the foundation stone for the project of going out of the city and entering the park.
