On the morning of November 29, Zheng Jiurui, the general counsel of Gansu Electric Group, led a group of 5 people to conduct special supervision on the collection of accounts receivable of our company.

 

 

At the symposium,the members of the inspection team introduced the inspection content and related situations of this inspection work.Zheng Xingdong,deputy secretary of the company's party committee and secretary of the disciplinary committee,made a detailed report on the company's accounts receivable in terms of payment collection,organizational leadership,system construction,management and classification,supervision and inspection,and existing problems.The members of the inspection team and the company's financial,legal,and sales departments had a discussion and exchange on the relevant problems in the process of accounts receivable collection.
After the discussion and exchange,Zheng Jiurui said that Landian Co.,Ltd.has put in place the leadership and management measures of the accounts receivable collection organization.At the end of the year,the total accounts receivable and the accounts receivable for more than three years should be sorted out to ensure accurate figures and clear proportions,especially The uncollected part of the accounts receivable for more than three years is classified and summarized according to the nature and reasons of the arrears,and further detailed,and the relevant situation of the difficulty in collection is explained.
