1.Optimized electromagnetic design

2.Low harmonic winding
This series of motors adopts low-harmonic windings to reduce the stator copper loss and stray loss of the motor and improve the operation efficiency of the motor.
3.Optimized ventilation cooling system

Structural features
The difference between YX and YXKS series is the top cover.
The Y series is the basic series,the protection grade is IP23,and the cooling method is IC01;the YXKS series is the protection grade of IP44 or IP54,and the cooling method is IP81W.Motors with different protection levels(1P44,1P54,P55)and cooling methods can be derived as long as different top covers are replaced on the top of the frame.The machine base is made of steel plate and adopts box-type structure,which is light in weight and good in rigidity.
The stator is of external press-fitted structure,F-class insulation,and varnished by vacuum pressure,so that the winding has good insulation performance and moisture-proof performance.
