■ The machine base and end cover are made of high-strength cast iron and cast by advanced casting process (see Figure 02). Excellent design and sophisticated technology make this series of motors have good heat dissipation, and the motor base and end cover have high strength and rigidity;
■ The coil core adopts the external press-fitting process. Good assembly quality and easy maintenance:
■ The windings are treated with vacuum pressure dipping paint (see Figure 03), thus improving the insulation reliability of the windings;
■ Special insulation system, resistant to high frequency harmonic impact;
■ The ends of the stator windings (see Figure 01) are neatly arranged and fixed reliably; the insulating bearing structure is resistant to shaft voltage;
■ All parts of the motor are treated with anti-corrosion, which can meet the requirements of "three defenses";
■ Special cooling structure is adopted to make the motor have ideal cooling effect;
■ The junction box has compact structure, high protection level and reliable connection terminals. The wiring method is flexible and can be wired in multiple directions.
